I read that earlier today Saundra - it really is a sick society we live in sometimes

and it's happening more and more often; dignity no longer seems to be something people value / understand

The value of the watch is neither here nor there, it's the theft that counts.

Sadly, hospitals are about as secure as your garden wall. Thieves know this and take advantage.

Would it be wrong for me to wish the thief the same outcome as his victim? I hope the watch is cursed, Karma can sometimes work that way.

Utterly disgusting In a similar vein, I saw a story on FB about a young woman who was filmed having an epileptic fit by young men who thought it was funny - she came round to the sound of them laughing and mocking her for having lost control of her bladder

That was shocking as well Kaz, I remember that one. And well done to that girl for "going public" first explaining what happened - she's shown those boys just how 'tough' they are (not) and has emerged from what could have been a horrendous situation for her as the outright victor

The general tone of society is certainly going downhill.

The trouble is that so many youngsters today get little training from their parents, who, in many cases, are too
busy with their technological gadgets to even carry on a conversation with their children. The young will not
learn how to live decent, caring lives watching/playing electronic games and sending text messages.

There is definitely some truth in that Aggers, most parents make the effort but there are many who don't and sadly the number seems to be growing
