They heard this morning that they got it! So it's theirs for three years from 8th Feb - a few very busy weeks ahead for them, as if they weren't busy enough, but I'm sure they will manage. They will be renting out their own house which will need to be freshened up, so they probably need to wait until they have moved out their own stuff. We've offered to help with painting, after all we do have the time, and of course anything else we can do.

We walked up to the house this afternoon - 15 minutes door to door and that is uphill all the way.

You know, it's not as if they live a million miles away, only about 10 - don't know why I'm making such a fuss really :? :lol: But for them, they've wanted to do this for ages. I think they want Michael to grow up in a similar way to how the two of them did, in such a nice area.

Jo and Kaz! Yes, there is a bit of a sea view :D
