I am so glad I have seen this post - I thought it starts today. :-)

Well it does make sense that they would have practiced at home because of the time constraint. And they are expected to come up with some really good cakes / breads etc which wouldn't really happen if they just "went at it" - :?

I suspect though that the one the people don't get to practice at home is the technical challenge

I've always assumed that they are told in week 1 you will be making x and y and they then get to chose their own recipe and practice at home.

But I also assume they have no idea what the challenge is going to be.

 I picked out four straight away... the same ones the team picked.

I also picked out those who I think might leave. I got the first one right. :D

There is quite a big gap between those who can and those who can't.

And I did enjoy it, it has to be one of the best 'reality' shows going. But then I do like food. 8-) ;)

As the music started I was on the sofa with a bag of crisps (large) on one side and a plate with cake (large) on the other side of me.

According to Don I looked like the cat who got the cream. :D

I said I feel like it.
