Bought my Mom some books for her Birthday

Postby JoM » 01 Aug 2014, 10:42

I'm at a loss of what to get her so decided on books, it's her 79th birthday next weekend.
I came across these in Tesco last night and thought they all looked interesting and just the kind of thing she likes -

Custard Tarts And Broken Hearts
Around The Village Green Debbie, this one is set in Derbyshire
Her Ladyship's Girl

Quite fancy a read of them myself now I've looked a bit closer at them on Amazon

I'm just off to look at the village green one but I soon as I clicked the link I spotted the cover photo is of Matlock Bath.

I will buy it because of that!

Oh no - they don't do a kindle version.

I will see if the library have it!
