Off to Tavira, to do a bit more in the little house we look after and I'll also pop into the charity shop, for books :D

I had a lie in today but was woken up by some idiots in the fields behind the house at 5.15. God knows what they were doing up there - three lads, obviously lost shouting at each other at the top of their voices using the most foul language. It was 6.30 before they'd disappeared and I never got back to sleep. One of them obviously got stuck in a load of brambles and then got really mardy - he was the most vocal of the group. At one point he went really quiet and I heard another ask if his was dead. Sadly not as he started complaining again quite quickly afterwards.

Off out for lunch at a friends today then out for a meal with other friends tonight.

Morning all :)
Another gorgeous day here :D

It does look as if it's going to be a bit more unsettled after tomorrow, but so long as it doesn't just rain that will allow more jobs to get done in the garden. It's looking very scruffy but it's too hot to be out there in it, so deadheading and watering is as far as I've got.
Hope you all have a good day

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here again today. Sadly I think it's due to rain Saturday which is when the CH are having their annual garden party. Would be nice if the forecasters have got it wrong this time.

One of them obviously got stuck in a load of brambles and then got really mardy - he was the most vocal of the group. At one point he went really quiet and I heard another ask if his was dead. Sadly not as he started complaining again quite quickly afterwards.

   I know exactly how you feel debih, we absolutely hate it when people make lots of noise at silly o clock

Popping over to visit mother this morning. Fingers crossed we find her up and able to go out for coffee and ice cream.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning everyone :)

Looking like another scorcher here, although it is set to break at the weekend. I went to bed very early last night, absolutely exhausted after going to Cheltenham with B, in the heat! I love hot weather but lately it seems to be wearing me out a bit :? Which is new..... I still love it , but it doesn't seem to be loving me as much as it used to

Today's outing is to the optician's :P The child is falling to bits :P  Actually we are just trying to fit in all her appointments and check ups before her birthday on Monday, when she ( or rather I) have to start paying for them :geek:  She has applied for one of those HC certificates though, which will save a fair bit until she starts work.......Then a tea and teacake lunch is called for I reckon - I'll deserve it ;)

Debih that is really inconsiderate, little monsters!!! :x

Have a nice day everyone :) xx

Good morning, all.

Not much on my agenda today, but I will find something to do, I'm sure, if it's
only watching the Commonwealth Games.

Have a nice day.

morning all,

I woke just after 8 and lay in bed for a bit before getting up, missed my delivery yesterday as I got fed up waiting and we went out so best stay in today for it lol!

It is sunny outside but a bit of a breeze today which is lovely :D :D

We aren't doing much although I think later on we are going to go bowling as I bought a groupon for bowling & pizza so might do that after 6 - says it is all illuminated etc at night times :) Amy hasn't ever been bowling and I haven't done it for about 15yrs!

Just had sausages and bagels for breakfast so am full up now :)

Have a good day all,
