Mmmm Ria - wondering if those were the two kids sitting behind me on my flight a couple of years ago.

I was so peed off with them I gave the parents a right mouthful as we were getting off the plane - more than one person thanked me in the arrival lounge!!!

Good afternoon all. I took Billy for a very early long walk, I could so get used to those - I've not been to the gym for well over a week. It's quite cloudy but bright here, and slightly cooler.

The plants have all been watered and a load of washing is drying. Joe fancies chicken and veg pie for tea tonight so I've prepared the veg and made the pastry - he'd better not change his mind now  Not sure if Tom's home for tea as he stayed at M's last night but if there's any leftover John will take it for his lunch tomorrow. I really want to sweep the drive but it's a bit pointless. Our neighbours are having their patio extended and a bit of landscaping done and the contractor doing it isn't very tidy. Their gate into the back garden is between our garage and their's, with a path running between the two drives up to the footpath, so he's been bringing rubble out that way and both drives are a sandy gritty stoney mess and the annoying thing is that he doesn't sweep up at the end of the day so it's building up. Not sure how he's actually managing to get so much spread so far across our drive to be honest because the path he's got to use is plenty wide enough for a wheelbarrow.

Hope that Jamie will soon be on the mend Ria xx

Have a good day all!

 Oh I can, and good for you Ally!!! Badly behaved children seem to be everywhere at the moment not the schools are on holiday - can't decide whether the children are getting worse or I am getting less tolerant with age :P

Ria hugs for little ((((Jamie))))

Poll that sounds glorious - I will get up to Scotland one day, mark my words ;)

Ton I'm glad Mr Mousey has departed ;)

Cheltenham was scorchio, so while B saw the dentist I sat outside the little café round the corner, then popped into the Monsoon sale (would have been rude not to ;)) then we had a sandwich lunch and walked slowly back te the bus - far too hot to hurry!!

Now I'm having ten minutes on here, with a Magnum Gold to cool down (yum!!)
