Thanks everyone, their appointments went well - Joe's was about 10 minutes late but they pulled it back and Tom followed him in bang on time
They've always seen a paediatrics consultant who just sees them once a year but now Tom's 17 he's been passed onto a haematologist for his next appointment and onwards so I think the paediatrician is flagging up all possible checks so that everything is in order and up to date when Tom goes to see his new doctor in two weeks, and I suppose he thinks he might as well get the full story on Joe for himself while he's at it.
I am shattered! What with walking Billy and walking down to town to the hospital and back and around the shops while we were there I'd walked just over 8 miles by 11am. It's far too hot to walk that far.
Hope that the new medication will help Mrs A, Aggers
