Mind you, we've had no rain since April so a shower would be nice.

Off for a run then back to get ready for a morning at school.

Popping to Carre Four to C&A again this afternoon..I got a dress last week and want another one but in a different colour.

Good morning all, it's very warm here already. Billy has just had an early walk, it was lovely getting out so early and having to woods and the common all to ourselves.

The boys have a hospital appointment this morning, for ultrasounds, so it's just down at the local hospital and thankfully more or less first thing as they can't eat for five hours before and can only drink still water in that time - any later in the day and they'd have been rather grumpy with hunger! Saying that though, I've never been in that dept and not had a long wait, not because it's busy but because the staff stand around chatting and start appointments late. After that I need to take Tom shoe shopping.

What a treat we're having this year, so many years the school holidays are nearly over before we have a decent day

Bb and I did a good blast of h-word yesterday, today just a bit of washing I think - I was out in the garden lovely and early doing more deadheading.

Morning all - a beautiful day again today. Got two loads of washing on the line this morning which will be nice and dry when I get home.


Good luck with the hospital appointments Jo, hopefully the appointments start on time and the staff don't dilly dally unnecessarily.
Enjoy the nice day Di; but as for the school holidays - well not all schools have broken up yet - we've still got August to be all miserable LOL

Have tried to turn the central heating down to minus 10 degrees. But the thermostat wont play ball.
So I am roasting gently trying to find a cool patch in the house.
Not doing much as it is too hot.
