Mmmmm that looks lush!! :D

The whole dinner service (Sainsbury's lol) is square like that, the plates are fab but the square pudding plates take some getting used to :?

Ooh yummy looking food :D

I'd be lost with square plates lol :)

Well I didn't think of a pic but dinner was late  We'd run out of cheapo charcoal and used the jolly expensive Weber stuff that came free with the bbq.
Bb followed the instructions but it just didn't get hot for what seemed like hours  I started the chicken off in the oven while we waited, fanned it, scratched our heads...and cooked some of the garlicky bread on it so we could eat something :D
Anyway, in the end it was yummity-yum. The chicken was lovely, as was the skin (which I hardly ever eat but couldn't resist!), with a salad of spinach (sliced), broad beans, red onion, feta & mint, and one of very ripe big toms with balsamic which we dipped the bread into :)

The bread btw, Tesco have earned huge brownie points from us as it was a sourdough baguette and was really good, especially rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil then barbequed ;)

We've just come inside - although I was happy to stay outside, with our new light show - Di, if/when you come over again, you'll love it :D

I very very slowly pan fried some red pepper, garlic, red onion and something we're not sure off    Probably/possibly a Colombian pepper?

Anyway, gert lush :D :D

I cooked all the chicken so we have at least half left, which is nice - no heat required tonight :)
