Muggy

Oh god, its so hot and muggy.

We had a bit of a storm last night - some huge cracks of thunder and amazing flashes of lightening but it seems to have cleared nothing. Its been raining pretty much all day so far but still it is hot and muggy. My hair is stuck to the back of my neck and I feel really clammy.

I like the heat - I love the hot weather - but I hate this mugginess. I am going to go stand outside in the rain to cool off.

We have had a lot of rain, but no storms at all. It is definitely muggy as you say, with humidity 90% here now. I had to get the inhaler out again!

I have all doors and windows open and there is just a slight movement of air which is a bit cooling.

It seemed a bit cooler earlier but it's definitely gone muggy and warmer now, and I can hear a storm in the distance.

It was like that here the last couple of days but today's turned out really nice, not quite so hot and much fresher

The last few days have been hot, sunny and muggy so it was nice to have a short respite from that earlier
It's pouring down again now.

It has only just stopped raining here, it has poured down since last night and the massive storm! Loads of surface water around, but the sun is out now and it seems a bit fresher!

Now all the cloud has gone - apart from the odd fluffy white thing - it's gorgeous outside Still blowing a hooley though, so feels cool

It's been perfect in Northumberland, but at home it is sticky and muggy, has been raining but sunny now
