My Sainsbury's summer duvet is really light Saundra :) We tried just a cover but I need a little weight or I can't sleep, and we don't have any double blankets any more, just single character fleeces (Chelsea and an old Bob the Builder one) for H's bed :?

My bed throws aren't big enough either, they are the ones that fold over to make a contrast 'runner' on the bed......

Oh there is the one on Mick's sofa but the dogs sleep on that :?

Yes - I'm pretty sure she does. Why on earth would anyone want a cake that looks like a pug?

Debih,
Just looked up what a pug is.

Does this mean the cake will be 12 inches tall and weigh about 14 pounds. That's what it says in the description I have found

I've had a smashing day :) Went out earlier than usual while it was still cool, had my hair cut, had a lovely tea cake (minus the butter) and cuppa in Coffee#1, then walked round the Blue X Sale in Debenhams, bought myself a bargain then walked home via D's as she'd rung to say some salad stuff was ready for picking and taking home from the greenhouse. All very relaxed and pleasant - I decided my nails could wait, very hot days get a bit much (fumes!) in that tiny nail place as they have no air con.... ;)

Scorchio out there!!!

I am browned off.

Well I have been out in the sun this afternoon.

Mowed the lawn before it rains again.
Painted the shed. Still got the back to do.
Cleaned the inside of the car including the windows.
