Good afternoon, all.

it's been a lovely morning here. I've had a busy time.
Mrs A came back from her early morning dog-walk and found she had lost her mobile phone,
and thought it must have dropped out of her pocket when she took out a dog-poo bag in a
field about half a mile away. So I went on a fast walk to see if I could find it. No such luck!
Then she phoned me, saying she had found it! Then it was my turn to take the dog for his
second walk around the park. The rest of the morning I have been setting up and learning
how to use the new air-conditioner that arrived yesterday evening. No rest for the wicked!

Hope you all have a lovely day.
Aggers

Aggers I am glad Mrs A found her phone! xx

Poll I hope you and A are having a lovely afternoon :) xx

I got a text from the jewellers to let me know my rings were ready to be collected - they are white gold and needed redipping - and H had messaged me on Facebook before school, asking me if I would please put some credit on his phone, so B and I walked to town. Flipping hot it was too  :D 8-) We got the bus back as I bought a big box of frozen Fruit Pastille lollies in Iceland and they needed getting home fast!!

Good evening everybody.

Been a glorious day here and very warm.
Gym first thing. Then home for coffee and to get changed. The to Asda for some shopping. I will only go when the manned tills are open after 8. 30 a.m. Refuse to use the self service tills
Then back home for another coffee before going into town to go to the bank and building society.

After lunch and a siesta, cleaned our bedroom. This meant taken furniture out onto the landing so I could move the bed. Found the vacuum cleaner was not working correctly. Fortunately we have another one down stairs. So used that instead.
Took the first cleaner to a local firm who said it would cost £25.00 to have it serviced. They had a second hand one which had had a new motor and other parts for sale. So we bought that as a replacement. Much cheaper than buying a new one and witha 12 month garauntee.
Started cleaning the old one and found that the belt had broken.
So we are going to buy a new belt tomorrow, fit it and take the cleaner to one of the charity shops.

Now just pottering on my computer
