Morning all. Its gorgeous here but I think we might get rain moving in later.

Girls have their sports day today so are both at the same site (they go to a split site school which is a real pain). L is hoping to be given an interesting job as she can't take part. She is hoping for official photographer for her house.

I am trying to muster the enthusiasm for going to get dressed for work. I have to nip to my mums first to take Millie as she has an upset tummy and I hate to think what I might come home to if she is left alone today!

Craft group tonight - I have no craft on the go so need to get started on my socks. I am supposed to be making a cake but I have run out of time so will have to go buy something.

The forecast isn't fantastic, but at the moment it's dry here so I'm risking doing some washing - was too busy yesterday to do my usual Monday stuff so some cleaning in the offing as well...........Out later for a walk and a mooch as long as it's not too wet....

We're now not getting the train Didn't realise that the Norway airlines had changed their schedule and both planes arrived earlier - so by the time we could get to Tavira, they'd be there.

Weather looks rather doubtful here, but we've nothing much planned for today - just routine stuff.

Reading some of the things my friends here get up to makes my life seem humdrum by comparison,
although sometimes there doesn't seem enough hours in a day. Many of my hobbies are on hold now.
I must try harder.

We're off to the cinema at lunch time to see Mrs Brown's Boys D'Movie, can't wait although I'm a bit concerned I'll have a heart attack laughing......wonder if you can get life insurance for one day ..........or even worse get thrown out for causing a disturbance Afterwards we'll treat ourselves to a late lunch.

Morning all, mixed weather here and noticeably cooler, I don't like that Michael was delivered to us early as it's Mummy and Daddy's last work day before they go on their hols in the morning. He's very much better and I dropped him to the summer project to play short tennis - although I asked them to keep an eye on him as I thought he was a bit clammy and not 100% back on form. This afternoon they will be doing Fun with Food, so he will enjoy that and it's calmer. Otherwise will keep him doing quietish stuff around the house.

Ally!! You will certainly see the sunrise this day next week I have everything assembled to pack now, and hope to do that on Thursday morning. No word on exchange of contracts on the house and it is most unlikely to happen now before we go away Tomorrow we are going to see the kitchen designer, which will be fun, Thursday morning the builder is coming to have a good look and collect a key, Thursday afternoon is hairdresser time...........not much spare time around this week!!
