I have been told to lay off of my tablets, I would not wish this on anyone. "I am not a sickie person." Doctor is not coming here, the surgery is quite a distance but she has advised me to lay off some medication. Would not wish this on anyone.

oh Kate I hope you are improving.............not much a doctor can do for things like this unfortunately, plenty rest, drink fluids when you can, best small sips and often, you can get rehydrating powders to add to water to help the body, but water is fine too. Also strangely enough 'flat' coke is good, a teaspoon of sugar in a glass of cola to take the fizz out and sip it, strange but it helps.

Also, eat if you can but most people don't want to when like this.

Gus insisted I have a bath, bed linen changed etc etc, still ver weak and slight headache, terrified Gus might catch this she has severe breathing problems. Frightening I don't know what I would do if she went down with horrendous bug. I wondered whether it might have started through eating a small fried sprat!!! Whatever in all my years I have never felt so ill. Thanks for your loving comments and advice, legs feel weak but them this is a terrible bug or whatever.
Tomorrow is another day. Gus is going into town to buy a fresh chicken to be served with rice. Hope I can stomach some.
