Never felt so ill..

It started off late afternoon, violent projectile vomiting, terrible diorrhea (spelt incorrectly?) . I have had a bad head for around three days. I could compare the symptoms through the night that my husband suffered when I nursed him through cholera. Terrible !
Even worse was the terrible cramp and pains in my legs and feet rendering me into a jabbering idiot.
Gus was marvellous and is calling the doctor at 8.30.
I had cooked sprats in batter and a cod fillet for dinner. I did not eat the cod and only had one sprat!
Gus had indigestion but no other symptoms. What a night. Have a good day everyone.

Oh you poor thing!!!!! I am glad you are seeing the doctor Kate, it does sound as though it could be food poisoning but you definitely need a doctor's attention I think ((((((((((((((((x)))))))))))))))))))

so sorry Kate - I hope you get to see the doctor today. Definitely make sure you keep your fluids up in the meantime. If you can, get some Sports Lucozade (not the normal one, has to be the sports one). It's very good for rehydrating as it has electrolytes in it as well as sugars that your body loses when vomiting and diarrhoea.
