Don is making honey and ginger chicken with pak choy and some jasmine rice.

This is a new recipe for him and I can't wait to try it! :D :D :D

I'm not sure yet - cupboards are bare and I have no inspiration or enthusiasm

We were going to have salad, but it's gone cloudy :shock: :shock: and the lettuce in the local shop was rubbish - so we're having cauli cheese, with meatballs and saute spuds :D

Decided - TGTBT burgers, garlic potato wedges, coleslaw and vine tomatoes :)

Pork chops marinated in BBQ sauce, covered with red onions, peppers and large mushrooms, more sauce. Covered in foil and baked. Served with salad and new potatoes :D
