I'm sure it is Molly, but in the mid 70s when I worked in Bromyard Avenue that part of Acton was all concrete and fumes. I didn't mean to offend :? :)

You didn't offend me Kaz………..even the name, Acton, sounds awful and so much of Acton is very run down. :D

But some of West Acton is very pretty.

T would never move abroad, not unless his girls came along too...and going more than a week without seeing Lewis would kill him. Neither Jen nor Amy are sun lovers so that wouldn't inspire them to visit if we did go .....nope looks like Co Durham is to be our home till we pop 8-) Just as well I like it :D

I've moved loads and don't mind it at all. But I do like to know at least some people where I move to.

I was 2 when we did the first move to SA. My dad was head hunted by a company there so he and mom (who at this stage was about 2 or 3 months pregnant with my younger brother - ie child nr 5) upped sticks and moved from Germany to South Africa not knowing a soul; not sure I'd be quite that brave though :?
