Aaaaw...poor old Conor and his mates.

They queued for hours this morning to try and get tickets for the Porto-Malaga match..but they sold out before they got to the desk.

Turns out fans had started queuing after the Malaga game last night.

As Conor says, plan B is underway...

Oh that's a shame, fingers crossed that plan b works though I suppose there's always plans c, d, e, f and g to fall back on if not ;)

Sorry your lads missed out on the match ....

Love the fact you get scores like 9-5 or 8-6 or 9-8...you get my drift. ;) ;) :D

Well, we'll draw a veil, then, over my visits to Boldmere St Michaels in the Midland Alliance, Ally, in the 2010/11 season which finished:
1-0 (Continental Star), 1-0 (Biddulph Victoria), 0-0 (Westfield), and 1-0 (Loughborough Uni) .....

I can't really afford "big league footie games", and I'm still smarting at having to fork out £21 for a stand seat and programme at Moseley RUFC last Saturday  My days of visiting Villa Park and St Andrews are a thing of the past now ..

Yes..we'll forget those low scores.

Just out of curiosity Os..do you support one of the Midland's teams?

Don and Conor are Birmingham nuts!

Our eldest Craig is a Villa fan.

Don and Conor are also Celtic fanatics..and I support Rangers.

Made sometimes a heady mixture on derby days.

At least you've not to the rivalry of the local derby to contend with at the moment...

Quite Jo..but I still have to listen to the moaning, groaning and swearing when Birmingham play.

It's agony!

I can imagine!
John has to put up with me and my football, though he takes over the TV when the Tour De France is on so it kind of evens out time wise

Nope, Ally, I'm a "hopper" - a fan with no particular allegiance who visits different clubs and grounds, primarily non-league. There's even a dedicated internet forum for it, currently with 4,308 registered users, so you'll no doubt conclude there's a lot of strange people in the world ....

I used to be a Birmingham City fan back when I wuz a kid, and I was for some years a Vice-President of Pontypridd RUFC (not as highfalutin' as it sounds, it merely means "season ticket holder") but I haven't supported a specific club for many years now.
