Good morning from the gym, courtesy of my phone and the ability to get 3G here. Shame I can't stick around but I need to walk Billy before the Sky engineer turns up to take a sharp intake of breath and give his head a bit of a scratch.

My hay fever hasn't been too bad in that I've not been sneezy or suffered much with an itchy throat (hate that!!) but my eyes have been affected more and have been itching like mad. Saundra, I use Beconase and find that it's excellent!

Have a good day all!

#scorchio. 8-) Nothing more to say on that matter.

I have indeed had a quick run Kate.  I knew I was boring.

A swim after my cuppa and today is the last day of my squat challenge! :ugeek: :ugeek:

Going into Malaga with Don later to the Orange phone shop - he's decided it's time to upgrade his 5 year old phone! Gawd help us!

I can feel a beer coming on after that experience.

Have a fabby day everyone. :D

Never boring my dear Ali. Just wish I had the energy to RUN! Took Oscar out me driving my invalidity scooter I bought for my darling deceased brother, had it returned following his death. Tied Oscar to me and took him for a run yesterday. Hilarious.

Another pair of dinosaurs here too :D
We only got new ones about 4 years ago because there was no signal at home - no fancypants things though, just phones :D

Saundra that's good, lovely to get the light back :)

I've done some kitchen cleaning, Bb's taken the duvet across the road to be cleaned (it's a lovely one, duck feather & down, so worth it) - and now he's doing the big front bay. Well, he's not going out to work till about 3, he needs telling ;) :)
After that and hanging out the washing we're allowed a decent cup of coffee :D
Still no shopping - yet

Whatsapp is the best app :D :D We all use it all the time, when T's phone was at the menders (long story, don't ask - now he has my old one  ) he didn't have it on, but I got it put back on to my old one for him 8-) I'm usually a stick in the mud re phones but I love my iphone!! So easy - tell Don that's the one he needs ;)

Busy busy morning today at work - at one point I had about 7 people in the waiting room all needing my attention :| I was mid dispense on a varifocal as one after another they all trooped in and I was jokily saying take a seat I'll be with you in 30 mins  Only one of them went away, but he came back later :)

It's a lovely sunny day here, or it was until about an hour ago and it's now clouded over....Tom is back to work :)
