Good morning all.

It's raining on and off here, but I've managed two dog-walks so far without getting wet.

I hope the rain doesn't stop the tennis at Wimbledon. I love watching it.

Hope you all have a good day.

I thought I had some chicken breasts in the freezer, turned out I took pork steaks out

Just had a slow walk dowen to the butchers, where we had and English/Portuuese lesson    They wanted to know why mince is called that - called picada here, so had to explain that and other mysteries

Grumpy pootling in the garage, I've spent an hour prepping loads of different cuts of meat for the freezer, now going to sit in the shade :D :D

Hope the thunderstorms stay away Di - rather warm here ;)

Afternoon all, it's a mixed day weather wise here - when the sun is out it is lovely and warm, but when the clouds come over it's actually chilly enough. Mr. Osc has done more clearing up in our old building, and I spent some time there getting rid of a big boxful of old bills, letters etc. Hard to know what to do with them, but I tore them all up and put them in a plastic bag, which himself then put into the bin in the pub next door (it's ok, they allow us to do that!), so they will go into the crusher. Then I came home and hung out some washing then made a batch of scones, and having a little sit down now.

Yesterday evening was just sitting here, when literally within seconds, my ears felt as if I was in a plane  :? That went on for the rest of the evening and all night - my right ear is fairly ok now, but my left ear feels as if it needs to "pop". Dunno what has caused that, perhaps something sinusy so maybe I will do some steam inhaling in a while. It is giving me a very good understanding of how life is for Loz, as even listening to the radio or talking to Mr. Osc, the sound is distorted.

No great plans for the rest of the day, I thought I might catch up on my filing and perhaps culling some of my files prior to packing them away. Otherwise, knitting, doing my nails later on and of course, football

Hello everyone - been a very busy day here! First I was at work this morning but to a very different shop to usual! This past two days we have been closed while the old carpet was removed and new one put down, also new furniture, and of course tons of 'stuff' to find new homes for! Enter yours truly to find said homes....including putting at least 500 frames back on their respective display stands and preparing clinics for Monday and Tuesday - no mean feat when nothing was where it usually is!

Then this afternoon Jen and me have been to Donna's baby shower, which was fab :D .... but I got into a conversation with T's ex and I really didn't want to hear it so I kept changing the subject....hopefully she knows for future family events  :| We've not long been back although it was a ladies thing, so tonight T has gone out to the dog track, which means we have been ships that pass this past couple of days

Last couple of days the weather has been grey and cloudy but very little rain to speak of :)

Hope you enjoy the meal tonight Kaz :)

((((Osc)))) Hope the weird ear-y thing goes soon xx

I am full of cold (thanks Jen) have been since we got back from the fashion show on Wed night, one minute I was fine, the next, bunged up nose :?

Have a good rest of Saturday xxx

I'm not sure I did post Kaz - it was a busy couple of days and I wasn't able to get on here, so maybe it's me who should be apologising!

It went very well, although I didn't think it was as good as last times but the numbers were less as it was invitees only, but the collections were lovely and very well received :D There were a lot of delays during the show (not with Jen's bit, thankfully ;) ) as well but yes, really enjoyable. I hope she gets something from it 8-)

Di, it does look different, the jury's out atm as to whether it is better :| I prefer a large working area and the two new desks are slimline and white, rather than one large wooden one....not sure how it's going to pan out, but time will tell I suppose ;)
