I was going to post after watching it last night Di - but didn't want to start ranting until I was sure you'd seen it.

Pizza I thought - brilliant.

Couldn't believe the mess some of them made...and to forget the sauce!! Eejits.

I took an instant dislike to Tania Briar when she said she couldn't cook.

Immediately I'm ranting at the telly - how can you have 2 teenagers and not know how to cook??!!

What have you fed them?
Have you not had hours of fun cooking together and eating the spoils?

She's got to go I'm shouting.

Apparently Don found all this very amusing.

Young Millie shows great promise - I believe she's connected to the Mackintosh sweet people.

And yes Di - I enjoyed watching it on the night it was actually broadcast too.

Ally I've never really cooked with my three, they've not really been interested but then I only enjoy cooking in fits and starts....I go through phases - like last summer - when I enjoy it, then it becomes a chore again

That's fair enough Kaz - who am I to say a parent should/shouldn't cook with their kids.

I just wanted to have a moan about her cos I don't like her.

Wayne changed my mind completely - basically because he's so used to working hard, that's what he did - head down, work work work.

Alex on the other hand was like a fart in a trance at that lunchtime catering thing and didn't seem able to string two words together never mind food
Oh and 'I've cooked the venison medium rare' - and that was after he'd sliced it so could see it was completely raw
Was it him that served up 4 beans each too?

Lesley was great, quite happy to chop away and do as she was told, and they loved that veggie bolognese
She obviously has a few physical problems, her hand seems to give out so she tends to drop things, it must've been a very difficult few years. And no, her meal wasn't up to scratch - I hope it's done her confidence a bit of good though.

As for Millie - d'you think she's done a course, Cordon Bleu or something? I'm not convinced she'd know how to do all that she's doing just by trying things out at home. Not that it matters overall, they still have to think on their feet and have a decent palate, etc., just wondered.

I think lots of posh girls do the Cordon Bleu thing as part of their 'finishing' You are probably right xx

Absolutely head down and came up trumps.

Alex was never going to improve imo - he was as good as he was going to be.

That venison was so raw it was still moving

I feel for Lesley - and hope she feels she's achieved something by being taking part.

I get the feeling Millie and her mum never done the rice krispies and melted chocolate thing when she was young - she was straight into profiterole land.

I like Millie - although her eyelashes always seem to end up skewiffy. I'm waiting for them to drop onto John's plate.

I loved last nights episode - I was shouting at the tv too.

Millie - I don't for one minute think she can't cook. She's got a few cordon bleu cookery courses under her belt!

Wayne - I don't believe he hasn't cooked for 30 years. He knows too much!

Leslie - OMG. Just get her off tv. She looks awful.

And as for the mess they made with pizza - laughable.

Looking forward to next week and the next lot of unknown slebs!

Well done Wayne, as you say Di, head down and hard work.

I met him years ago when Zoe was in Aspects of Love. The early rehearsals were done in his studio (attached to his home) and he used to come over in his carpet slippers to watch. Of course he was still dancing then, mainly character roles, even though even in those days he looked and walked like a little old man. To be honest I didn't pay a lot of attention to him, I was far too busy drooling over Roger Moore

Can't wait to see if Biggins can actually cook too.
