I think what gets me is that they are locals so they are the ones who should know how it all works over there. Well, we don't think the sale is going to go through

Michel was to come here today, so he and I could go through what we'd be leaving.

But feeling a bit positive in that we've had so many viewings this year - far more than last year altogether And already having had one offer, gives us hope

But I won't contact the people whose house we want to buy until Friday, just in case
