I dread getting into all of that with Tom :?

I finally managed to access the online application with the new reset password! So my part of it is done, Mick just has to do his now!

It is a flaming nightmare really - did I mention that they totally c*cked up last year and sent B a threatening demand for the full tuition fees  We thought we'd sorted it over the phone with them after that, but then she got one from a debt recovery company  :x  We sorted it in the end, as luckily we had the loan offer on paper but it was very upsetting for Becky

Don't get me started..................

I did Di, although I was a bit wary :?

The whole system is sooo complicated these days :? I had to go through all that hassle today to tell them that, unlike the previous year, I earned nothing in the new relevant year   I told the girl on the phone that, but she said I still had to fill in the form to tell them officially that I earned nothing :| And we wonder where the tax money goes.............

Why do they have to make everything so complicated? It can't be easy for those working there if the students are having such problems so why make it difficult for themselves too?

Joe texted me from school this afternoon, 20 minutes before home time, to say he was feeling sick but the teacher wasn't bothered. When he got home he looked so poorly and said he felt dizzy. He's been lying on the sofa ever since and didn't want any dinner.
He's had his boosters this afternoon so that'll be why. It's worrying me though because I filled out the consent forms and made a note of his health problems on them...and I've just read the literature that the nurse gave them that came with the vaccines and one states that caution should be exercised if the person doesn't have a properly functioning spleen :?
