Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 15 Jun 2014, 06:52

Good morning. :D :D

Hotter than a hot thing here. 8-) 8-)

I am hangover free - which is a very good job as a bike ride with Herman the German awaits. :D :D

A swim and then chilling for the rest of the day. :D

Have a good one. :D

Morning all :D

Surprise, surprise we've been up for quite a while, think the boys woke up about 6ish  They've just given Grandad a lovely card and some whisky so he's really happy.

We're all off to meet eldest daughter and more grandchildren for brekkie shortly, fingers crossed it stays dry and we can have a walk round the country park just up the road from us afterwards. Then it will be back here and more food this afternoon.

Hope all the fathers get spoilt rotten and everyone has a good day :D

Morning Ally, morning Jen

A much cooler start to the day today than it's been in a while and for once I'm not complaining given I'll be standing in a tent most of the day.

Happy Fathers day to all the daddy's out there; hope they are all spoilt

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all :)

Cooler here too, and a bit cloudy.......too early to tell how the day will shape up here yet, our weather can be very changeable so I won't write off the day just yet ;)

We were woken fairly early by the dogs - it gets light so early at this time of year, and they think it's time to get it   They are both asleep again now

We'll be having lunch early, so Harry can get back to his dad's and spend the afternoon with him, B is probably going too today, just for the ride so she can give her dad his card in person.....That means a nice quiet afternoon for me which is nice, I don't often get the house to myself these days, even for a few hours 8-) Might put my feet up and find something I want to watch on telly 8-)

Good morning friends.

I've just finished my breakfast, after a long brisk morning walk with Prince.
I love our Sunday morning walks, as it is so quiet out there, with hardly any
cars or pedestrians except for a few other dog-walkers, and they are always
nice to meet and greet.

I don't know how the weather will turn out today, but that doesn't bother me.
There are plenty of indoor things I can do.

Hope you are all OK and will have a pleasant day.

Morning all. Overcast and spitting with rain here - hopefully it will blow over.

Off riding later.

Morning everyone

Hot and hotter here too - in fact had to get up to cool down

Cooked  breakfast for everyone this morning and later I'm doing a very nice dinner. When I cooked for Ted on his first night here, he said the dinner was "adequate" :?   He doesn't eat a lot - hates eating, we had to eat inside at the Capri the other night and he left most of his dinner there too. He prefers things out of tins  which I don't have - he has to put up with "proper" cooking

Sorting a few bits and bobs out later - need to e-mail our estate agent, so he's ready on Tuesday for the grand signing of the contract, at least, we hope so.

And because of the heat, a quiet day here. It's 35C already

Ally, behave yourself today ;)

hope you all have a good day xx

Good morning.

I was going to wash the car and mow the lawn. But it is trying to rain so will be indoors reading the paper.
