Must be something in the air - our friend put his villa up for sale last Thursday, it sold yesterday and he's off to Argentina next month! :shock: :shock: :shock: :lol:

Yup - they bought next door too :D

Agreed on 187,000 - they originally offered 180,000, and there was not a hope of us letting it go for that. Contracts will be exchanged next week and they want to move in probably December/January, which gives us plenty of time to get things sorted.

Dirk, our agent, is going to do all the necessary paaperwork, which means we don't have to get a solicitotor, we give him 2% of the price.

Dead chuffed - now going to have a beer or 6 :D :D :lol: :lol:

Oh wow...so is it two families moving in then? Or are you joined on and they're knocking through?
So when contracts are exchanged is that legally binding?

What's your next step now? Are you still wanting the house you've been looking at for a while?
