Morning. I too can be repetitive about the weather. It's raining. Again.

School for me this morning to put together the agenda for the govs meeting. Last time I have to do it. Hurrah.

Busy day ahead at work then finish around 2pm to go into town. We had a new market start last Wednesday which I want to go look at. Then I'm meeting the girls to bra shop with them. We only have M&Co to choose from so I'm hoping they have what we want or it's a 20 mile round trip to Matalan or Primark. Our town is useless for shopping - unless you want gifts or charity shops.

Mick is away tonight so I was planning a soak in the bath followed by tv watching then I realised I've got to collect L from Guides at 9.15.

Morning everyone :)

Ally that walk sounds lovely 8-) :)

Dippy have a good day, and 'see' you soon :)

Debih your town sounds a bit like Bourton, all set up for the tourists but lacking in practical stuff for the locals! Hope M&Co have what they want, ours always has plenty of teen stuff so hopefully they will 8-) :)

Morning Saundra xxx

Well I've woken with an extremely blurry and fuzzy left eye  It's clearing now but first thing I could hardly see out of it  Not the flashing lights thing though :? I'm glad I am getting those drops on Friday and they are looking into this further, it is starting to concern me a little

Today I need to do a food shop, and B is job hunting again! This time she is going all the way down Eastern Avenue, which is a retail park of sorts which goes down both sides of a main road, not too far from here. They have McDonalds, Staples, KFC, The Range to name a few, and surely some of them must be taking on part timers? It's getting discouraging for the girl as she's handed out lots of CVs in places in town, as well as applying for a few online, and not a nibble! Mick and I have both looked at her CV and it all looks ok  :? Hopefully something will come along soon, she really needs and wants to earn some money this summer!

Have a good day everyone :) xxxxx

Morning everyone

Sunshine Suzy here :D   Not too hot, unless you stand in the sun for too long 8-)

Shopping this morning :( boring supermarket stuff - and then a bit more sorting out for next week. Mrs Organised Knickers, that's me

Good luck to B, it's demoralising for anyone looking for a job, let's hope she finds something soon xx

And hope you feel better soon too Kaz, I must have missed stuff.

Hope you all have a good day, whatever you're doing xx

Morning :)
Dull and raining again here too.
Gosh Ally I'd definitely do a lot more walking if only we had some sort of decent weather, there's no fun in just trudging along in the rain.
Debih it's like that here too, hopeless for anything practical - although once you know what you want you can do click & collect from the M&S foodstore; no help for stuff you need to try on though.
Kaz good luck for B, has she tried any/all of the hotels/restaurants/cafes, etc, there must be a good few of those and they tend to have quite a high turnover.

Blast of h-word for me this morning, then maybe some sewing later (I keep saying that, it will happen).
Hope you all have a good day whatever the weather.

Morning all, dull here too
Nice to get to our Tango class last night. Met up with lots of our friends, had some lovely dances and they played one of our fave toons :D
Some paperwork for me too today and general bits and bobs.
I'm glad your eye problem is being looked into. Quite worrying for you x
Good luck to B today.
Enjoy the sun Ton and Ally and hope everyone else has a good day x

It's eye related stuff Ton, on my migraine thread on Health xxxx

Di me too re the walking, not done nearly as much as I'd like to lately as every time I leave the house it seems to start raining! Mick thinks I have a rain god, like in those Douglas Adams books

Thanks for the good wishes for B, she has tried a couple of coffee shops but I will suggest she tries more along those lines! 8-) :)

Morning Loz and thanks, I expect it will turn out to be nothing but I am glad they are investigating it. Glad you enjoyed your Tango-ing too :D xxxx

Morning all - usual work day for me today. Jaw and cheek are OK; still tender but I'll survive

rather damp and grey day here; but given I'm sitting in an office it's OK... thankfully the weekend seems to be loads better

Have a lovely day everyone x
