She was the Welsh lady Kaz, liked a debate if I remember correctly...she'd been to Aus at one time to visit family and I think her avatar was a pic of her in a tourist plane there. From what I can see on the member list she'd changed her name to Welshlass1 when we moved here and made these four posts:

*Edit - was her previous name something like xkeys?

Yes, I remember xkeys. When we went to the Ryder Cup in Wales in 2010, she recommended a b&b (which was great) and very near where she lived, a place called Cross Keys (xkeys). We were supposed to meet but it didn't happen.

I liked Patskey, as I called her. She was often on the News board and had some forthright views. I might be wrong, but I thought that she had issues with some criticism of some of her views from another (departed) poster.

She might not return, water under the bridge and all that, but who knows. I would like her back.

Oh this is soooo exciting - been talking to Don about our New York trip and he's (he might regret this! ) leaving all bookings of flights/hotels/trips up to me. :P :P :P

Been googling like a google nutter - then Jacob said..."mum, have you booked your flight for Birmingham yet?" :o

I'm on the case.

Di mentioned on the morning post that she will be shopping for a scarf today...Last week, sitting outside the French cafe's, people watching (as you do) most of the ladies and some of the men wear scarves :D They all looked so slim and chic, even in jeans and t-shirts 8-)

Yes Lozz - the Italian ladies too exude chicness even by just adding a scarf to a simple outfit of t shirt and jeans. :D

If I tried that I'd look like I was covering a love bite!

Me and 'chic' will never be in the same sentence.
