Putting this on here so it's seen ;)
When you post pics using a link from photobucket, how to you make it so that clicking on that pic doesn't mean you can also see all the others on photobucket??

There is something you can do for each album - a facility to make it private. It usually starts off public - there is an open padlock and you have to click to close the padlock and then it is private and can't be seen by others. If you have a lot it will be a faff going through and doing them all, but look out for that next time you create an album and do it there and then.

Thanks Rodo, I have always done that, but wasn't sure whether posting one photo on here would still allow access to the others in that album.
I tried doing just one then logging in as Bb but could see the album.
It's not that important, but was curious anyway - on the photo board, some people's pics are 'dead', others you can click on them iyswim.

Previously I've put single photos for posting on here into an album called 'for posting', and made that one public, so any in that album are ok to be seen by anyone, which is also an option for anyone wondering.

There are several links to use aren't there. Maybe that makes a difference.

Sorry Di, apart from the making an album private option I have no idea about individual photos.

You have me wondering now, I will need to go into PB later and have a play :D

I stopped using photobucket Di - after years of no problems suddenly it was making posting photos a right pain in the butt. :x

So I now use TinyPic which is fab. :D

Something like this should work:

In PB, left click on the photo you want to bring it to the front, then right click.

From the menu chose Copy link address or Copy shortcut or Copy image address.... or similar. It will depend on which browser you are using.

Post the link in the VV posting frame, highlight it, then use the IMG button to bracket it with like so, Image

I'm like Ally, I use TinyPic as it is much less hassle.
