Good morning Thursday

Postby debih » 22 May 2014, 06:33

Morning all. Another rubbish nights sleep. I was in bed just after 8.30 but it was still gone midnight before I got to sleep and then the rain woke me at 3am. It's still hammering it down.

I'm interviewing all day today and tomorrow at school. At least it's really wet so it isn't a day on the allotment wasted. Not long to go now til 16 June when I'm no longer am chair. It can't come soon enough.

Only a few weeks Debih, hope they pass quickly for you xxxx

It's been wet overnight here too, but the sun is out now. The forecast is rain though so we'll see! At least I got my washing done yesterday, and B got hers done too ;) She has her last exam today, hope she is better this morning she was coughing up a lung almost, last night :? Apparently it is an easier multiple choice style short exam though, thankfully 8-) Then that is her first year at uni finished! We'll be popping back there one day soon with the car to get her stuff and make sure her room is cleaned properly (I would really like my £250 deposit back!!) and that will be that!

I will play the day by ear I think, nothing I have to do so can please myself...... :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning everyone

A gloriously sunny morning, so washing is out :D

A little tidy up of the gardens this morning, after those really high winds and rain, then Tom is coming round later. He can take some of the pepper and chilli plantswith him - we need the space

Kaz, I was thinking about B and her accommodation last night, when I couldn't sleep. Find out when the final inspection will take place, it won't only be her room, it will be the common areas within the flat too. Make sure everything is cleaned - any questions, let me know.

Not long now Debih, every day gone is another day less - as t'were ;)

Hope you all have a good day, whatever the weather x

Good morning all.

It's dull and drizzly here.

Not much planned for today, except a visit to the coagulation clinic, and a vote for UKIP.

Have a good day - and don't forget to vote.

Good Morning Ladies and Gents :) ...

T'was milky blue and bright when some eejit was out there earlier on his exercise walkies, but now it's clouding-up; the pavements and earth were still damp from last night's/early morn short shower, and it looks like more wet stuff is on the cards, thankfully it do be much cooler now at 14-and-a-bit-c...

Made my mark, (voted), not long after the polling station had opened, as I have jobs to sort here, and thought I'd make an early start; but blow-me, since I got back in, I cannot seem to get myself motivated...odd that ;)

I'll see how the land lies, after I've finished this plateful of toast, which is sitting to the right of me....

Have a smooooth, easy, Thursday, folks....and...
Whatever you're doing today,
mind how you go out there.
