I spoke to Cal's husband late last night and there has been a tiny improvement, but not very much really.

He said that on Monday they took her in and gave her a shower and washed her hair, which must have been bliss for her. They also tried her with a bit of soup and some custard, and she took a little of both.

Poor poor Cal. At least having a shower and hair wash makes you feel better.
