Black bean thingy, as requested

1 tin of black beans (or you can soak about 200g of dried ones)
1 onion
2 bulbs garlic
100g block presunto
4 tbsps olive oil
juice of an orange (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
coriander to garnish

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, put in a heavy bottomed pan, add finely chopped presunto and the oil. Cook gently until tender then add the beans and orange juice, if using. Season and cook gently for 15 mnutes.

We use it for bbq's, especially pork.

Yeah, it is Kaz, sorry.

Could you try anything else instead?

Or just leave out the pork? It's basically posh and expensive bacon

Thanks Ton :)
Yes Kaz it's sort of lean pancetta, but as Ton said just leave it out, I think I will anyway, but would definitely add the orange :)
