I'm Jo, I'm 44 and live in a small former mining village in South Staffordshire, right on the edge of Cannock Chase (as in, right across the road). I've been married to John for 15 years and we have two sons - Tom's 17 and Joe's 14. John and I have been together forever though (or at least it feels that way)...it'll be 30 years in September since we met. He's the drawing office manager in a firm which specialises in designing and manufacturing/fitting something or another for factories....

I seem to spend much of my spare time walking Billy, our two year old dog. I haven't worked since before Tom was born and feel a little lazy now as I don't have to walk anyone to school or anything like that but the only jobs I look at and think "I'd love to do that" are full time and I couldn't and wouldn't leave Billy for full days. I also like going to the gym (the only place I can watch what I want on TV with no interruptions!) and I love music. I'm a bit fussy though about who I listen to, Green Day are my absolute favourites and I will stop at nothing if there's the chance to see them live. Another passion of mine is Manchester United. I don't get to go to games as often as I'd like since having the boys, before then I'd be at just about every home game, but Joe (Joe's my football buddy, Tom's my concert buddy) and I have decided that's going to change.

I love reading too, and taking photos.

It is! Or at least it is with Billy  I spend around 3 hours a day walking him (although some of that is spent standing around aimlessly in the woods while he howls up trees at squirrels).
