Not sure what I'm doing today, I will play it by ear I think B has another exam so will be off to Bristol later

Morning all

Another early start, expecting the decorator at 8pm this morning.

Oh and we managed to get the shed and gate done, both are looking quite good, much better than before The decorating should be finished tomorrow so then it's just a case of tidying up and we can call in the estate agents to value early next week.

We're glued to Masterchef too Ally. Had a bit of a panic last night when our favourite only just scraped through

Sitting here on tenterhooks at the moment wondering if I'll get a call from the CH. They have to phone the hospital early to make sure there's a bed for mother so if the phone goes it means her ops been postponed. Much as I'm dreading how she'll cope I'd much prefer to get it over and done with today, especially as Chris her keyworker will be away on holiday on 2 June.

Despite ignoring our own advice to have an early night getting going early for a big adventure - we're going to Spain
Long (ish) walk to the station, train to Villa Real de Santo Antonio, then a ferry across the river and into Spain for lunch
And remember when we want to get the ferry back that Spanish time is an hour ahead

Good morning everyone. Dry and warm here which suits me just fine. I'll get out for a walk later on but most of the day will be spent sewing. I'm giving my friend a hand making little tote bags for a charity. She got such an unexpected demand that she is swamped and as she works full time and does a lot of voluntary work as well. Puts me to shame as I do naff all.

Mrs A is playing Bridge this morning. I can play, in a fashion, but it's not my game and I have to stay in
