Good morning Saundra and everyone. Bright and sunny here. I'm going to the gym to a class called Actively Aging. It's a watered down version of my 50+ class which a friend is finding too taxing so I said I'd go with her to the AA one for her first session. It looks as if she's chickened out but I'm going to go on my own. I really must get back into some sort of sensible exercise regime as I've been very lazy lately and I'm feeling the results.

Morning all

Didn't need to get up so early today Saundra and actually had a better sleep

Expecting the man who's going to repoint the patio today, no sign of him yet but as the back gate's unlocked we don't need to hang around waiting for him to arrive. Got to pop over to the garage this morning, the windscreen reservoir isn't working again. The pipe was replaced with a harder version so will be surprised if anything has got to it again, expect it's come undone. After that and only if we won't get in the way of any work in progress we'll have a go at the shed and gate. Still need to visit the garden centre so might do that instead..........decisions, decisions.

The sun is out so hopefully better weather than lately I have plenty to do around the house and food shopping to do........

The glands down one side of my neck are hurting me! It started last night, and they are definitely 'up' but I don't feel ill with it Will keep an eye on it......

Yesterday was indeed a true scorcher and with a strong hot wind
Today set to be as hot I think, then going down a degree or 2, which will be nicer for Grumpy slaving over the bbq
