Welcome DT,
I am one step ahead of you as I can send PMs and attach photos to emails. When you start writing an email, there should be a paperclip at the top with other icons. Click on this and it will show a list of information including photos whci youcan attach to your email. Click on the one you want and this will appear in a small window at the bottom. Click OK or Open and it will appear as an attachment on the email.
I have still not mastered how to get an avatar. Have tried several times but not been successful. Kaz has been very good and done it for me
