Went to tthe opticians this morning, not only did she remember me, she was horrifed that a bit fell off.
She's ordered me another pair, which, due to the holiday on Friday, will be with her no later than Saturday. She'll then give me a ring and when I get there, she'll put the new frame on my glasses.
And no charge
