Good morning Thursday

Postby debih » 03 Jan 2013, 07:34

Morning all. I've been up for ages, nursing a sick dog again. :(

I'm waiting for the vets to open so I can make an appointment for her - she seems to have something wrong with her ear now, as well as an upset tummy and the antacid that they gave us for her is actually making her vomit rather than making her better.

No other plans for today really other than having my hair cut (although that may get cancelled dependent upon what time the vet can get us in).

I just so wish little Millie would start to get better now - it's getting us both down. Her leg is fine, the bandages are coming off on Monday, but its her stomach thats causing all the problems now. Some days she's fine and other days she can't keep anything down and she so desperately needs to put on weight. And now to top it all off, there's the problem with her ear. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that its nothing serious. :( :( :( :(

Poor Millie, hope the vet sorts her out.

It's both my boys birthdays today, OM is 58, and my son is 34.

Have a good day all.

Morning everyone

Aw, poor Millie. Hope the vet can sort her out and quickly xxx

Gorgeous morning, although a trifle blowy, so Grumpy may not get o nthe roof later. He looks like Father Christmas's helper up there  with his hat and grey beard

We're off shopping soon, then I have a bit of the cleaning to do - you never know, we may get a viewing

Continued vibes for Millie this morning and happy birthday to your "boys" Sarah xx

Have a good day everyone xx

Morning everyone - another dry day here - two in a row, we are getting spoiled!!  MInd you, there are flood warnings again, the Severn is set to 'peak' later and Sandhurst and Maisemore are in peril - B needs to go through Maisemore to get to college next week so I hope it's down again by then :?

I need to do some food shopping today, and clear my ironing - there is a basket full again   Apart from that nothing special...............

Sarah Happy Birthday to your two boys!!! Hope they both have a lovely day :D :D My eldest 'baby' is 35 in May  No idea how that happened :?

Ton I hope Grumpy stays safe up there - I have a song in my head now "Up on the roooooof..............." ;)

Morning all :)
Dull here but no rain!
Didn't get as much done here as hoped yesterday, Bb finished quite early so I went into town. Glad I did, a couple of bargains -Tesco had their small frozen turkey breast joints half price (£2.50) and pate for only 50p :)
Then tried Waitrose and just had to get a(nother) Lindt bear, for 75p it would have been rude not to ;)

No luck with boots or jackets, but am off to the next town this morning, after that it will be back to t'internet :)
Happy birthday to your boys Sarah, and huge vibes for Millie

Morning all :D

Debih hope the vet can help Millie.

Still can't shake this rotten cold off, blocked nose and generally feeling unwell, oh and both of us are coughing now  It's been going on since Sunday so I'm totally fed up with it now.

Not doing much today, expecting an electrician in the next hour or so. The lights are off in the lounge so it looks as though the switch has blown. Mr.J's never been good at DIY, he always says it does it back and he's not wrong lol, and he definitely won't touch anything electrical. Hmmm wonder how much this is going to cost.......

Hope you all have a good day :D
