Like debih, I have had a five figure cheque in the post yesterday for a claim for a credit card protection policy. Had two letters advising me I may be entitled to compensation and completed two forms.

I don't think it is as big as debih's as there is a dot between the third and fourth digit. But it will pay for my road tax which is due at the end of the month with some left over to cover the cost of the MOT and servicing.
