Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 14 Apr 2014, 05:55

Good morning. :D :D

And another lush day forecast. 8-) 8-)

Quick run for me after my cuppa. :D

Don and I are off into Malaga today - until Easter Sunday there are HUGE processions every day, in every town, but the ones in Malaga city are nothing short of spectacular. :D :D

Massive Tronos will be carried from every church..these are my favourite Spanish celebrations.

Of course, I'll be doing my Antonio Banderas look out as every year he comes over to see his family and take part in the festivities. :D :D

We'll be back late...or early tomorrow morning! ;) ;)

Hope you're feeling better Saundra? xx

Vibes for Jen and Mr Jen. xx

Have a good day everyone.

Good afternoon all! It's a lovely sunny day but the wind is a bit chilly, it's warm when it doesn't catch you though.

I've finally sat down. I was in the gym at 6.30am, then went to do some shopping and had a look in the clothes shops too and found some jeans I liked so bought those. By the time I got home it was around 10.30am so I had a quick shower and then walked Billy, we had a lovely and very long walk over the common and through the woods, and when I got home the washing had finished so that's now out drying. Just checking my Fitbit and I've already covered 13.33 miles today with two more dog walks still to come.

Just waiting for Joe to get home. He went to meet a couple of friends yesterday afternoon and that turned into a sleepover at one of their houses. He said he'd be back around 2pm but no sign of him yet and I've been worrying since I found out where this particular boy lives as it means crossing a busy, fast road.

Have a lovely time Ton!

Hope you feel better soon Saundra xx

What's the saying? Talk of the devil, he's sure to appear? Just as I pressed submit, Joe walked through the door  Said it was weird being down in our old neighbourhood again, especially walking past our old house.

Aw glad he got home safe and sound Jo :D

Well we've had a nice day - town with Becky, got some fruit and bread in Sainsbury's and then some bits from Wilkos, including some more bedding plants. Lovely plants too and very cheap :D They had beautiful rosemary plants, very healthy looking, in nice ceramic pots - too heavy for us today as we were walking home but later in the week I'll get a couple and come home on the bus with them 8-)

We were on foot today as I promised D I would pop in every other day whilst she is away (she's gone to Mick's brothers' for Easter) and water the plants and garden. We've started the tomato seedlings already so they needed it in this warm weather. Once I'd worked out how to outwit the new hozelock fitment for the hose all was fine

I also got some more teak oil to give the garden furniture another coat 8-) Oh I love this time of year................ 8-) :D
