I like the awards that have been presented already.
Gosh, this is a hard one as so much has happened in the last year!!
I would have to vote for our real estate agent too, as not only did she help us buy this house, (when it wasn't one of her listings) but she also sold our own house, and being of "leaky home" construction, it was very hard to sell

If it had been last year it would've been three - I'd have given an award to the woman who works in the sales office here and sold us our house :lol:
