Good afternoon all. It's a gorgeous day here today - according to the BBC online forecast we should be getting a max temperature of 11c but I've been out to walk Billy in my cardi and a t shirt and it was really lovely and you all know how I hate being cold so I think the BBC are way off again

I've been to the gym and then walked into town to pick up some giftcards in lieu of Easter eggs for the children of some friends. Three of them have to be posted so this makes it easier

The boys finish school for two weeks today, they get out at 2.50pm for some reason, probably so that the teachers can get to the pub

Kaz, Thursday will soon be here Hope that B gets a job soon. Tom's still doing his paper round, I think he's had to abandon thoughts of doing anything more as school is taking up so much of his time. I had a text from a teacher yesterday with three dates and times that he needs to go in for revision over the holidays and that's just the psychology dept, I don't know if other teachers will be having them in too, although I do know he's got to go in on some Saturdays and Sundays in May for history revision

Jo it is warm here too!! I put some of that gradual moisturiser cum self-tan stuff on my legs this morning, so wore a dress that comes mid calf and sandals as I didn't want to wear jeans or jeggings or even tights to smudge it! Then popped on a jacket and scarf and I was plenty warm enough
