lovely day today

Postby pollR78 » 10 Apr 2014, 20:05

Well, we have had a lovely wee day today we went on the Royal Yacht Britannia which is in Edinburgh, we went on it in February and because I done 'gift aid' we could apply for free annual passes so we can go as many times as we want until March 2015.

It really is beautiful and will deffo be going back soon!

Amy got a new bear from the build a bear workshop place. We then met my friend who I worked with/shared an office with for 4 years before and after i had Amy, was really nice to catch up over a coffee and are trying to make it more of a regular thing which is fab!

Hope everyone else had a good day

Kaz, it is awesome! It really is something else, it has been in Edinburgh for years now and I have always said we would go on it but never been that bothered - I LOVED it!

I put lots of pics on facebook in February when we went on it, I will try find them and put some on the relevant board here ;) we never went into the Tea Room, maybe will go in one day but not sure lol!

They have a small naafi shop and make fudge on board, bought some and it was lovely!

Poll :)
