Well the rain has stopped and the fog has finally lifted here for the first time in a couple of days

We've had grey misty cold weather now for about 10 days non stop, it's all very depressing

I'm having a day 'in' today, no work and no shopping - I've done a big tidy up. mopped floors, changed beds, this is the third load of washing on, and all this after a long lie-in till 9.45! In fairness I was awake with Tom at 5 and then couldn't get back to sleep - I almost got up then but kept telling myself it's my day off

Had a pre-arranged shopping trip and coffee out with Amy yesterday which I wasn't particularly looking forward to as we have always had a bit of an issue with each other, but it was really quite nice I might post more about it on another board

I'm going for Lewis again out of school, as I did yesterday, but he is sleeping tonight and then we have him much of tomorrow as well. I will be at work in the morning though so won't see him at his swimming lesson and then he is at a party from 12 till 2 which I won't be at as I don't finish work till 12.30 Ah well maybe a couple of hours after he gets back....

The sun came out while I was walking Billy and it was lovely, it's gone dull again though now - so glad the fog's cleared though, it made everywhere look so gloomy.

Thanks everyone, we had a lovely lunch - I had a teacake B caught the train by the skin of her teeth and arrived starving as she hadn't had time for brekkie

Gal well done, that's a productive morning - and I'm glad you and Amy are starting to get on a bit better

Saundra I had two pots of loose leaf tea in town and then bought a huuuuge box of tea bags so I am sorted now

Jo yes she's here until Easter Monday Harry comes next weekend for the rest of his holidays too

We had a lovely evening with the boys and their girls. Lots of nice food cooked by me flowers from eldest to me and they did the washing up too! It was girls V boys in a game of hilarious 'Pictionary' and the girls won of course

Kaz I guess B had more than a teacake then

Loz how lovely Pictionary is such a favourite of mine, we and the boys love playing it, but one of my best memories is of my mum and I completely exhausted with laughter and having to actually leave the table to recover
