Hope you enjoy your visitors, we are out tonight for a meal with Mick's mum, brother, SIL and nephew. Partly for my birthday and partly as our nephew is off to Spain tomorrow to work, swimming instructor for a travel company! Becks is here too, no Harry again but he has an important footie match so I'll be ringing him later to see how he got on

Morning all - a rather weather interrupted night for me; goodness but it poured and hailed it down at one point . I'm off to do a bit of shopping later on and then get my nails done in the afternoon, but that's about it.

Gorgeous here now - you wouldn't believe we had rain last night, everything dry already

We're pootling today Grumpy is under orders to sort out his garage/workshop, as we can hardly walk through it - so that's him sorted for the week-end

Morning all

Late up as usual, E's just about to pop out for the papers and I've got the washing on......oh the excitement

We were very productive yesterday. Bought a new desk, still needs to be assembled though, and ordered a new desktop and printer. When we got back in we started on the study and the mountains of paperwork I've managed to accumulate over the last few years. Planning to do more clearing today and tomorrow and will be picking up the new toys from John Lewis sometime on Monday.

Lovely and sunny here, hope it lasts so we can go a walk later!

Bagels with bacon for breakfast which were lovely. Amy has drama group 1-230 so will take her there and probably go a wee walk to kill some time, then home and go a nice walk through the woods as long as the weather stays nice.

We had the weather too meriad, hail hammering against the windows but not till around 7. It's cleared now and we have bright sunshine and a strong cold wind so I've just put some washing out.
Bb's working, hopefully back about 3 so will have time to pop out if the weather's ok.

I seem to have been busy but not got far so I'll have a nice coffee then try and make a bit more impact

Good morning all, it's dry but chilly here and a few of the clouds look a bit threatening

I've been to the gym and John went for a bike ride. The washing machine is now on and we're now having coffee and watching Big Bang Theory. Hopefully it'll stay dry enough for a long walk on the Chase this afternoon. I need to pop to Tesco too and I also have some stuff to drop into a charity shop. Must remember to pick up some flowers, chocs and a card for my parents before we see them tonight as it's their anniversary on Monday.
