Good morning everybody

Having the gas boiler serviced this morning

Clear blue skies after the rain yesterday

Have got our new wills witnessed and signed Much shorter than the previous ones. No charge as they were done at the solicitors where mrs.e used to work.

Am thinking of getting a small fire resistant safe to keepp them and the house deeds in.

Morning everyone

Glorious morning and I've been up on the roof terrace, being the painters labourer  handing him roller and other stuff as and when - also holding the ladder, as he climbed down off the roof

Breakfast - I'm going to try an apple - haven't had an apple for almost 2 years, thought I'd give it a go :D

Then a stroll down to the village to get our usual losing lotto ticket  an a pit-stop on the way back.

Have a good day and hope the sun shines for you xx

Gooood morning everyone :D It is glorious here at the moment but the forecast for later and the weekend was unspeakably foul  Hopefully it was wrong, but Carol is generally fairly accurate :?

Becks is due home tonight, after her zoo placement, and tomorrow night we are out for an extended family meal, jointly to celebrate my birthday and to wish my nephew Bon Voyage as he goes off to Spain for his summer job working for First Choice. He's a swimming instructor and this is his third summer doing this the lucky chap! Last year was Tunisia and then Spain the first year 8-) He'll be out there until October 8-) I think it's Majorca but am not sure.......

I have an appointment this afternoon for my three yearly mammogram, which they do in a portakabin in the hospital grounds here and before that I have a few things to do in town, so I'd better get off my bum soon and get the washing done and out on the line and run round with the hoover  ;)

Have a lovely day everyone :) xx

Morning all :D

It rained heavily overnight, but it's bright and sunny here at the moment.

It's action study here for the next few days. Off to collect a new, much smaller, computer desk later so I can order the new desktop and printer. My current desk is a huge corner one and takes up lots of room, also the new screen won't fit into the middle section. It also holds a lot so goodness knows what I'll find when I start clearing it :?

Hope you all have a good day :D

Up and down the killer hills and then through the pine woods..in this heat. :o

Boy am I looking forward to my Friday night beerathon.

Afternoon all. Its lovely here. I have all the girls bedding out on the line and am hopeful that it will be dry enough to put back on later - if not I might have to finish it in the tumble dryer. I could just get different sets out but these ones have lovely spring colours on them and I want to put them back on.

Hospital with L this morning for her foot. Waste of time - "yep, fine. Don't need to come back. It'll be a long term fix rather than anything short term. If shes still having problems in a couple of months go to the doctor".

Coffee with a friend then home for lunch and now I intend on running the hoover around and taking Millie out for a walk.

Making the most of the lovely weather as I understand it isnt going to be great this weekend!
