Well it's amazing what a couple of emails aimed at the Big Boss can do - Mick fired two off yesterday, one to the Big Boss of the glass company and one to the Big Boss of the insurance company. First thing there were profusely apologetic/grovelling phone calls both to D and to M and everything is now promised to be completed ie new window fully installed by the middle of next week! It would have been sooner but when the guy measured he didn't take the measurement of the spacing between the leading, so that will have to be done still.............

Watch this space

When we read that a Nigerian fraudster, a gang master who has been stealing, defrauding the benefits system , buying massive numbers of properties back in her own country, and in UK letting them to illegal immigrants? She has been claiming benefits that have amounted to millions
In other people's names. I think she has got eight or nine years in the comfort of one of our our prisons. out in four?
Can you believe she is demanding not to be deported when free. as her family back home will be upset with her, and due to her Human Rights she decrees she has a strong case to remain here.

Well finally the window is done!!!! Mick and I called in on our way back from Ross yesterday, as we knew it was due to be happening, and gave huge sighs of relief as we drew up outside to see lovely new windows sparkling in the sunshine!!!!! :D :D :D :D

All that hassle though - ridiculous when the replacing of the window was actually more stressful than the crime that caused it :?
