Morning Ally and All
Checked out linings today for our new planters that are being built into the new deck. I can choose between a pond liner at $20 per meter at 1meter wide, or good old black plastic at 99cents per meter for the same width. hmm.... wonder how long that would last......

Sasha was in a grump ALL day, starting at 3 minutes past 8 and finishing sometime around falling asleep tonight. Thank goodness she had kindy this morning, and took herself off for a nap this afternoon, but even those did nothing for the mood.

Hippy starts again tomorrow, this will be fun getting her back into swing of it.

Morning all. Not a good day for me as I need to go to the dentist  My ear is playing up again and  what with that and a clicky jaw and mild tooth pain I wonder if it is connected. So I'll see to that and see what he says.
Nice and sunny here, so hope it is the same with everyone :)

Morning Ally, Weka and everyone

Another lovely morning :D

Oooh, little ones and their tempers   I remember those - hiding under a table in a restaurant because she didn't like her lunch, is one I will never forget

Grumpy carrying on painting - the back of the house looks really good - makes the white stand out, even though the white needs doing

I've got the ironing that Jen left for me - she must have snuck it in overnight ;)

Have a great day everyone and hop you won't be too sad Ally xx

Morning all

Huge congrats Debih - 19 years; wow!!! xxxx

Loz, good luck with the dentist and do hope the ear / pain / jaw etc settle. I do wonder if they are connected; could well be. Not sure what it's like here, but ask the dentist if he can do a full sinus x-ray (that's what they called in in SA I think), it basically swings round from the left ear all the way round to the right ear to get a full picture of the jawline, sinus cavity and shows up part of the ears as well.

Weka, how easy would it be to replace the liner if the cheaper one fails? If it's difficult then personally I'd probably go for the pond liner with a few holes in the bottom for drainage because you do want it to last. But if it's simple enough to do then the cheaper stuff will do the trick. Definitely want some photo's of the finished job please (and maybe some whilst the work is going on :D just for inspiration you see).

Ally - taking friends back to the airport is never fun :( hope the housework will keep you busy for the rest of the day :D

Have a lovely day all xx

Morning everyone :) Not feeling too good myself really, still my tum and feeling generally a bit wobbly :? I'm sure I'll snap out of it soon

Loz I would be surprised if your jaw/tooth/ear problem weren't related, hope the dentist can shed some light for you (((((x)))))

Ally I'm sure your friends have had a fab break 8-) :) xx

Happy Anniversary Debih :) xx

Weka if the cheaper stuff is much more likely to 'fail' then it might be a false economy in the long run :? That is a huge price difference though :o

*Waves to Ria, Ton and Cruiser* :D

I might have a quiet day in today I think, tomorrow being my birthday (and Loz's too of course, seeing as we are twins *poor Loz* :P  ) Mick and I are going to Ross on Wye for the day for a bit of a mooch and some lunch out :) I want to feel full of beans for that :) We did think of going to Cardiff for the day, to the Bay area, which is gorgeous, on the train (I love train journeys) but that would mean leaving the dogs for too long and D won't be able to take them or pop in here to check on them as its the day her new windows are being fitted....Ross will be lovely though instead 8-)

Have a good day everyone :) xxxx
