Good morning Wednesday

Postby debih » 12 Mar 2014, 08:04

Morning all. Very misty this morning.

World War 3 in this house this morning. Something went off whilst I was out last night which neither of the girls will admit to so Mick has told them no friends this weekend unless they tell the truth. This morning I listened to both stories and know exactly who is lying but she still won't admit it. She will admit it later but on her own terms - she'll tell Mick what happened but then will tell me that she didn't do it but may as well admit to it so she can see her mates. She forgets that I was a 13 year old with a younger sister once. I know all the tricks - lol. She's at that terrible stage of lying for the sake of lying - even though she knows lying will get her in more trouble than admitting what she's done.

Work this morning, lunch with a friend then home to read adoption papers.

Morning Debih, morning all :)
Misty here too, hopefully sun before long.

I feel for you Debih, the lying thing is horrible isn't it. No doubt most us did it at some point but as an adult it's something I find really hard to take.
We're off to Southampton this morning, Bb's not working so we can do as we please afterwards, depending on how we feel.
Hope everyone has a good day

Morning both, morning everyone :)

Debih like Di I really dislike lies, but kids need to learn these things the hard way, and you seem to have it all sussed - hope it sorts itself out 8-)

Di I hope your appointment goes well, will be thinking of you ((((((((((((((x))))))))))))))))))))

It's dry here and the forecast is dry, so Mick is starting the glossing today. I'll probably go out and stay out for as long as possible, then might well sleep at D's tonight if it's still strong smelling later on   If I do I'll take my Tablet 8-) ;)

Her spare front bedroom is extremely cosy, and what's more dog free ;) 8-) :D

Have a good day today everyone xx

Morning everyone

Started off with bright blue sky, we now have clouds  but it's still warm.

Hope it all gets sorted Debih and soon. I only had a younger brother and we just used to throw things at each other

Off to Tavira, as Grumpy has some things to do at Danckerts - I'm going to have a wander over to the charity shop for books.

We heard from Bente last night, she's arriving next month, so we need to finish off Danckert's place and then get hers hospital and baby clean

Hope yo all have a good a day as you can and the weary travellers are feeling a bit more with it this morning :D

Good morning all

It's not very pleasant here, weather-wise - cold and dreary. We're off supermarket shopping this morning.

Have a nice day.

Debih - I'm sure you will deal with your problems in time. You seem to have a very comprehensive understanding
of the workings of young persons' minds.
