Some people and Facebook!

Postby debih » 10 Mar 2014, 22:18

Why do some people live their lives out on FB. I can understand teenagers posting everything but a grown woman!

I am friends with someone I used to work with. If her Facebook page wasn't so ludicrously sickeningly vomit inducing I woukd have defriended her a long time ago.

She is 40 and has two children, both at primary school. She posts their whole lives on FB. She also puts a daily photo up - 100happydays I think it is.

Today's has made me even more incredulous of her. Her photo caption is "so proud oh having such a mature and sensible daughter who is totally cool about any subject I talk to her about - big sense of relief that conversation is done.

And the photo - her daughter (aged around 10 I think) holding a cuddly bird and a cuddly bee.

Why! Just why?

Her whole page and stuff she posts smacks of "look at me, look at me".

It fascinates me that she thinks it's an ok thing to do. Some of her posts make me howl - though they aren't supposed to be funny.

I have a woman on mine who annoys the hell out of me. I've never met her but she's the wife of an old friend and he rarely uses it so she's kind of a link. She's posting stuff all day long, and has two daughters aged 2 and 1 so lord knows how she finds the time to spend so much time on there. I'd delete her but she's car crash, she's always getting involved in arguments with her family members, all very Jeremy Kyle :P

I spoke to S about tampons the other day.

D'ya think she'd like me to splash a photo of her with a tampon necklace as my profile picture?
