We only watched it because there was nothing else on, and have to say we all enjoyed it :) 8-)

Today has - typically - been absolutely beautiful, and I have been at work all day  :| It's just been me in today, but there's always something to be getting on with so it hasn't been a bad day, except I got a paper cut on my finger that wouldn't stop bleeding :(

Tomorrow is the day my decorator comes to start the staircase, so when I got home this evening I have been taking down pictures, curtains and light shades and giving the ledges a flick with the feather duster. I hope that's enough! It doesn't half look bare atm!

Hope Jen is safely home soon and that all goes well for Shell and family xxx

Well done Osc, and yes it's definitely worth doing :)

Gal I had put off seeing the film but thought they'd done a good job - obviously helped that David Nicholls did the screenplay :)
Your staircase is going to look enormous once painted :D

Di, I haven't seen One Day yet - I'd always put it off - but did intend watching or recording it last night, and totally forgot that it was on until I read your post!
